Double room near Chichester

I have a choice of two rooms to rent. The larger room (£500) is furnished with a double bed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers. The smaller room £400 is furnished with a small double bed and large cupboard.

Its a really nice, well looked after and comfortable house in a quiet area with easy parking. Located a 30 minute walk from the centre of town or about a 5 minute drive.

The larger room is only available until Christmas. The smaller room is available long term.

The house is currently occupied by two of us, both male teachers but I'm off travelling soon, which is the reason for the short term availability on the larger room.

Looking for a laid back, sociable housemate, who is respectful, tidy and easy to get on with. Smokers outside, sorry.
