Hi - I have a large single room to let in my lovely family house in Goring near the Boulevard. It is a spacious sunny room with bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers/desk, storage unit and tv with freeview. Wireless broadband is available and is included with all other bills (except the phone) in the price of £325pcm. There is plenty of roadside parking available and the house is a short walk from bus routes into Worthing or Littlehampton. It is situated between Worthing 6th form college and Northbrook College and is near Worthing Leisure Centre and local shops.
