Newly decorated double room. Furnished with double bed and mattress, fitted wardrobes, curtains, and extra cupboard space with shelves. Desk and chair available if required.

We are a professional female couple and we both smoke outside the property. We have 4 dogs, so a dog lover is a must, they are all friendly but do bark at the door when people knock.

We lead very busy lives, but are sociable, previous lodgers have stayed 7 years, 8 years and 5 years.

Price includes all bills.
