Room to rent in Going-by-Sea

I have a bright, clean room to rent in my flat in Goring-by-Sea. It’s a quiet area with off street parking. The Goring high street is nearby and a 10 minute walk to the seafront and Durrington station. The room is furnished with a bed, bedside unit and chest of drawers. All bills are included.

My new flatmate will have access to the living room, kitchen, bathroom and garden. The kitchen has a washing machine and a separate bath and shower in the bathroom. Ideally, I’m looking for someone to stay at least 3 months. The room is available immediately.
