We are a couple with twin daughters, English woman/Portuguese man so would suit someone with either language. The room is sunny and overlooks the large front driveway where there is plenty of parking space. You can have your own entrance into a utility kitchen with door to the garden too. It would suit someone who likes to be independent but also may want company sometimes. Location is perfect being near to the beach, bus stop right outside the door, shops 1 minute away, between West Worthing and Durrington train stations.
Available to view from 1st January 2025 to move in straight away.
