I have a large, refurbished, well looking furnished double room with a single bed (double bed may be arranged if required) with a view on the rear garden in a private 3-bedroom semi-detached house in Goring. The room is currently occupied by a female who has lived in it for two years.

Attractive, quiet location, very close to a bus stop, shops, Durrington-on-Sea train station (2 min walk). Free off-street parking or driveway.

Shared modern redecorated bathroom, free super-fast broadband (910mb), furniture, see pictures for details.

Access to a fully equipped large kitchen with all cooking facilities, fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer.

Access to the large garden via kitchen door, access to garage. Easy street parking. Smoking permitted outside.

Central heating, double glazed windows. Bills included (water, gas, electric, council tax, TV license).
If needed and available, additional furniture can be added. No access to a living room, sorry.

Looking for a trustworthy respectful lodger who is either working professional or student and will respect my house.
Must be full time employed, references will be required. The room is available to a single person only.
It’s not a shared house, live in landlord.

I’m a friendly person who works from home a few days a week, the rest of the time I am fully occupied with planned activities therefore it should be someone who is independent from the social point of view. References will be required.
