Double Room to Let

Double room to let in residential area. 5 minutes walk from Goring train station, 20 minutes walk from Goring Seafront and good transport links. I am looking for a professional; someone in work (can also be a student). Someone who is easy going and clean and doesn't mind that there are two resident cats and also I look after my child half the week.
The living room is shared after working hours (as I mainly work from home) but may get a desk for my room as well if need be.
There is only one bathroom and kitchen so it is important that any potential housemate cleans up after themselves.
Looking for a longer term tenant, minimum 4 months.
The price listed is all in with bills included. Please note that the bedroom is fully furnished.
