There is also a beautiful cabinet which can be used as a television stand as well as a cupboard. The bathroom is shared with just one other person and is next to your room.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals and eat comfortably, and there is also a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Of course you will have a cupboard for your food and your shelves in the fridge.

There is enough space on the private driveway for off street parking and the beach is less than a 2 minute walk away.

All bills, council tax and good broadband is included in the monthly rent.

I am looking for someone who ideally goes out to work during the daytime and who is kind, clean and tidy, respecting other members of the household. No couples, please although of course you may have friends to visit occasionally.
