Small double unfurnished room (11ft x 15ft approx) available. Shared kitchen, bathroom and garden with two older working adults. Different work schedules but not nights, quite family orientated home (not minimalist) with 2 medium size dogs. Access to full Sky package inc movies, sports and Netflix etc. Would like to share with responsible and considerate person who appreciates their own space and privacy. Close to bus and train links, shops and schools. References and tenancy agreement required via Leaders but no deposit needed.
