The 3 bed house is located just 5 minutes from Goring Station & the Littlehampton Road Campus of Northbrook College. Also close to local bus routes such as 700 to Brighton and Portsmouth, shops eg. Tesco Express, Budgens & and pubs Swallows Return and The Bull.

I am looking for a full time working professional who is clean & tidy. A work/accommodation reference, deposit and advanced rental would be required.
