I am Wendy, the owner of the property, and I am looking for a house mate for my easy going tenant . I will be overseas and the two of you will have the run of the house . There is a third bedroom but that will remain empty . I am looking for someone that will look after and respect my property in my absence. Durrington station is a ten minute walk making this ideal for commuters or cabin crew to Gatwick. There is a very comfortable double bed in the bedroom and a bed- side table. There are two off road parking spaces. You will have the shared use of the lounge, kitchen- diner, garden, sheds, bathroom, and third bedroom. This is a short - term let for four months as in Sept I will be letting out the whole house through an agency
