Location-wise, Goring Station is under 10 minutes away on foot (with Worthing less than 10 minutes by train and Brighton and Chichester both about half an hour) and there’s a bus stop and a small Budgens supermarket a couple of minutes from the house. Northbrook College is a 10-minute walk.
