I have got a double room to let in my recently refurbished house. I have recently refurbished the house to a high standard so most things in the house are new.

- New kitchen / appliances
- New bathroom
- New carpets/ flooring

I am a happy, relaxed, sociable working professional. I would like a tidy & responsible person.

The room is bright and airy with recently painted walls. The house is in a quiet residential area. Goring by sea station is less than 15mins walk.

All bills are included in the price, council tax, electricity, gas, water, broadband and TV.

Deposit of One Months rent is required. Sorry no DSS or pets

There are frequent trains to East Worthing, Worthing, Brighton & Hove, Garwick Airport, London, East Croydon, Chichester, Portsmouth, Littlehampton
etc. Brighton is less than 30mins on the train

The beach and the park are only less than 10mins drive and within walking distance.
