The orientation is south west facing. All mod cons, with views of the downs. The area is very peaceful. The flat is on the 2nd floor ( top flat). The bedroom available a double room, which currently has a double bed and fitted wardrobes (£625 pmc one person or £750 pcm for a couple). There is a separate toilet and bathroom. Around the area there is both a train station and a bus stop. There is Tesco express, launderette, Chinese and fish and chips take away and a lovely country pub. The beach is a 20-
