Hi,

My name is Ellie. I live in a 3 bedroom house in Gossops Green. I have 2 double rooms and a single room. One double room is mine, and I am looking to rent the other.
I am looking for a friendly, sociable, tidy female tenant to rent the spare double room for £475pcm . There is a king size bed and mattress, a bedside table with a lamp, blinds. A chest of Drawers, 2 cabinets, and a double clothing rail.

The £475 includes the room, WiFi shared bathroom, kitchen and garden. Use of the washing machine / tumble dryer and other kitchen appliance. The tenant selected MUST clean up after themselves.

I also have a friendly bulldog that lives with me.

I live less than a 3 minute walk from Ifield train station, and main bus routes. The local shops are aprox 5 minute walk. There will also be use of my driveway available if required

Room is ready as of 12th June!!
