I have a light and airy single room for rent in my modern house, which I share with a 35 year old female lodger.

The room is available to females as it
has a shared bathroom.
You will share the kitchen- eating-sitting room with us, which comprises a fully-fitted kitchen, and a 'cosy corner' with tub-chairs, and cafe table and chairs.

I'm an easy-going Londoner who left England and worked in Europe and the Soviet Union. I moved back to the UK 10 years ago.
I am easygoing and sociable but respectful of space and privacy.

The area is peaceful, quiet and friendly.
The house is a 3 min walk from Nutbourne station with trains to Portsmouth, Chichester, Brighton, Gatwick and London.
3 mins away but with no noise from trains.
It's another 4/5mins to the bus stop, with buses running frequently to Chichester, Bognor and Portsmouth.

Plenty of safe street-parking at the end of this cul-de sac or in private parking space behind the house.

The rent for the room is payable in advance, at the end of each month for the following month and includes all bills.
For short lets the rent, rates and conditions will be different. Please contact me for details.
