Serene, private ensuite -rural near East Grinstead

This double room with its own kitchenette and bathroom with large shower is set in beautiful countryside just outside of EAST GRINSTEAD. You do need a car to live here. unless you are very keen on walking as the nearest bus stop is about 30 mins walk away, and EG train station an hour on foot.

Part of a larger rural property there are currently a couple of people already living on site - ages ranging from twenties to fifties. We are a relaxed friendly kind of place with a few animals running around (hens, horses, one nervous cat) and plenty of outdoor space and are looking for someone who will fit in, appreciate and add to that.

The room by the pond is set away from the main house with its own entrance. It is cosy and has a lovely view.

We would be open to another small to medium sized, quiet well behaved dog being here or other similar not too obtrusive pet.

There is good wifi across the property but strangely not in this room. You would be welcome to use a sitting room approx 50m away where you can work/ hang out and get good wifi!

A practical, sensible person who enjoys rural living in a peaceful place with lots of nature around will be best here. There are spiders and in the winter it rains. The room is cosy but it is not huge for longer stays but there is plenty of outside space - best for a single person or a couple where one works away some times.

I am open to all sorts living here but please do not apply if you have a larger/noisy dog, children (unless you are a single mum and stuck for accommodation and its just one child who is over 5), or wish to bring huge amounts of stuff. We do have storage here so a bike or couple of boxes is fine, but not many large items (I speak from experience of a tenant who had a hamster cage so large it required two people to move it).
