Fully furnished freshly painted double room in a friendly family home. Includes bed, wardrobe, bedside tables, chest of drawers, mirror & Wi-Fi.

I am looking for for a friendly, respectful individual who likes their own space and also is happy to engage sometimes. I am looking for a Professional who works outside the house.

There are 2 friendly, elderly, dogs, so have to love, or at least like dogs!

The rent includes all bills, council tax, Superfast wifi There is a kitchen (where you have your own cupboard), microwave, washer, fridge/freezer (you share the facilities ). There is also a weekly cleaner who comes every week to clean all communal areas including kitchens and bathrooms

The house has disabled facilities, a stair lift, wet room and grab rails in various places.

I work from home and I have lived in the area most of my life. I like swimming, yoga, and reading. Although I’m a smoker I smoke outside in a sheltered area and I would prefer no smoking in the house.

I live a 7 minute walk to the mainline London to Brighton train line and there is also a bus stop within a couple of minutes walk. There is street parking available in the road which is not a busy road, although the main road is very accessible.
