Double room, en-suite

Hi, I’m the owner of a modern house with all mod-cons, within ten minute walk to mainline railway station. 15 minutes to Brighton, or 23 minutes to Gatwick.

The room is a double, with en-suite shower. Parking on road. Sunny garden south facing patio. The living room is not shared,.

Would like someone who is tidy, and respectful of each other’s time and space, but happy to have a chat now and again! You would be required to ensure your room, and bathroom, is kept clean and tidy.
