Student room

Single room for rent in a happy clean home. Our family consists of a teenage son with a professional mother. We eat healthy, love music and are both active. We are away most weekends so you will have lots time alone in the house. The room is offered at a discounted rate as we would like to offer a student cheap accommodation in exchange for occasional childcare. This would be 2 x Thursday evenings a month and one Saturday night a month. My son is a teenager and basically looks after himself so it’s really just so an adult is present.

A student would be perfect for this.

We would love either a male or female person who is clean happy and fun. References is a must and police checks advantageous.
