Description
Hey!
Following my current housemate moving out, I’m looking for someone to take over her room in our flat. Rent is £867 per month, all in (bills, WiFi, etc. included). The rent might go up slightly when we renew the contract, but nothing wild.
A bit about the flat and vibe:
The room is available from the end of september.
Flat is a 2 minute walk to Hasocks train station, which has direct links to Brighton (10 mins) and London Victoria and St Pancras (70 mins).
We’ve got Netflix, Disney+, and Prime, so movie nights (or background noise binges) are sorted.
The flat is in Council Tax Band C.
I work a hybrid job in London, so I’m usually in and out throughout the week.
Smokers are welcome—but will need to smoke outside (landlord rules).
I’m pretty laid-back and fairly reclusive, but always happy to chat when we cross paths in the kitchen or living room.
I like my own space and definitely respect other people’s too, so I’m hoping for someone on the same wavelength.
Shared interests are cool (TV, music, existential dread, whatever), but not a dealbreaker at all—mostly just looking for someone easygoing who’s considerate and down to live in a chill, drama-free home.
If you’re interested or have any questions, feel free to drop me a message! Happy to set up a viewing or just have a chat to see if we vibe.
