This is our lodge which is next to our main house. We have let it for 10 years now to the same lady who is sadly moving out. Much as it stands on its own, its not a seperate dwelling on paper from our main house, so is let out on a lodger agreement.

It will be suitable for a single person - we request permission is asked for guests to stay. This has never been a problem before but we like to have boundaries.

The lodge is situated close to the main house but has its own courtyard small garden area and allocated parking close by on the main drive of the property.

All bills are included. Electric, water, internet etc.

This would ideally suit someone who wants their own place long term.

The lodge is about 12 years old now. It features double glazing. Seperate double bedroom, Bathroom with Bath and shower, own kitchen, shared utility cupboard with washer and dryer.
