Facilities include a Double bed, Double walk in wardrobe, chest of draws. ! Beautiful views of the South Downs from your room.

Ours is a delightful/friendly 4 bed cottage which sits on the South Downs way in Pyecombe. The Cottage is over 140 years old and has 180 degree views of the National Park and Downs. Imagine waking up to that !!

Would suit professional male who is looking for accommodation near to Brighton with easy access to the A23 for Brighton, Gatwick Airport or London. Hassocks train station is only 4 mins away, and a bus service every 30 mins into Brighton, Hassocks, Burgess Hill, Crawley and Haywards Heath

Cottage comprises of a downstairs cloakroom, large Kitchen Diner with dishwasher, washing machine, Tumble Dryer, large fridge, Induction Hob and walk in Larder, bean to cup professional coffee machine.
Family room, overlooking patio with downs view.
Lounge with oak flooring and rug, 49” 4K OLED TV and wood burner.
Luxury bathroom walk in shower and heated floor.

I would like to mention we have two Chocolate Lab's (Bella) & (Beau) who are very friendly and love attention!

As my work is based out of Gatwick, Pyecombe served as a prime location for me as you can be on the A23 in less than 5 minutes managing to miss all the chaos of Brighton town centre in rush hour. Equally it was wonderful to be able to come home to such peace, tranquillity & superb views from my bedroom window.
Likewise Brighton is within easy reach by car and served by public transport links if needed.
I would definitely recommend Stable Cottage to anyone considering it and for me I've not only had a wonderful fun filled time spent there I have also definitely acquired 2 new great friends" Laura Bird

"These guys are two of the loveliest people one could want when sharing a house. If you just wanna chill in the lovely room and do your own thing it's fine or join in with their friends when people visit your always made welcome. Stable Cottage is in a great location right on the South Downs way with easy access to Gatwick Hassocks station and Brighton where I work and travel to on the local bus. The house is a family home and my time there was an absolute pleasure. Keith & John are foodie freaks so when invited to join them accept with open arms, the food is always great. Keith was going to appear on Come Dine With Me but threw in his apron as got stage fright at the last minute - absolute giggle. Anybody thinking of taking the room be warned of Bella the Chocolate Lab and will lick you to death if given attention.
