5 Nights (Mon-Fri) or full-time for summer study

Attractive, newly decorated double room with double bed for single occupancy for 5 nights (Sun - Thurs or Mon- Fri) for professional working away from home (£460 per calendar month) or, will consider full time for summer study only, for a mature student (£580 per calendar month).
Luxury, modern, newly built, quiet home with ample free parking on private drive.
Property backs onto garden extending to shared field with fantastic views (rabbits and deer often to be seen). Room is light and airy and has own sitting area with TV.
Almost exclusive use of bathroom with bath and shower, which is adjacent to the bedroom. Exception is only when other family guests stay, which is very occasionally.
10 minutes walk to mainline station (two stops to Brighton, 15 mins to Gatwick, 45 mins to London). 15/20 mins drive or train journey, to Sussex and Brighton Universities.
10 mins walk to large village with all amenities. 15 mins drive to Hove/20 minutes drive to Brighton. 5 minutes to Burgess Hill where there is a large leisure centre with gym, full size pool and other sporting facilities.

Bills included. Full access to all amenities (wifi, kitchen, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, food storage, washing machine and tumble dryer). Note: food/cooking of meals is NOT provided.
We are a professional, cheerful, easy-going, non-smoking couple and work long hours during weekdays.

Note: you will also be sharing with two friendly cats.
