2 modern rooms available in a lovely home with friendly land lady. Renters will share main bathroom with shower which is modern. Both rooms will be furnished and have new beds, they also both have TV points.

Looking for 2 considerate, clean/tidy professionals to share my home. Would prefer Monday to Friday but more importantly looking for the right people to have easy going relationships with when we cross paths.

Off street parking available with the larger room and on street parking for the slightly smaller room, both rooms are doubles.

Lovely rear garden that's a total sun trap in the summer, great for lazy lunches.

5 minutes walk from Hassocks train station with direct links to Gatwick and London, perfect for commuters. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac so no noisy through or passing traffic.

Hassocks is a lovely village with all convenient facilities and a short drive to Brighton.
