Double room for rent

Available from end of 25Feb:

Double bedroom, for single occupancy, which comes furnished (bed, bedside cabinet and chest of drawers, desk) and with the use of a shared bathroom, kitchen and a large garden with shed and garage with ample storage for bikes etc.

Parking available on the drive and a 10 min walk to Hassocks station, so would suit a commuter, and not much longer to get to the centre of the village.

I live alone here with my children who visit every other weekend and one or two nights in the week sometimes.

It would be a good fit for shorter/flexible stays as the property is for sale, however plenty of notice will be given should a sale happen.
