Double Room with use of rest of house/garden

End of terrace house with double room available from 1st June 2021. Looking for full time working person to share living costs with my son who is a working professional aged 22 Will have shared use of the rest of the house large sitting room/dining room large corner bath. Kitchen with space in fridge/freezer. Garden at rear and front parking available on street outside normally plenty of spaces. Rent will inc all bills inc Wi-fi (but no phone use) £300 deposit to secure room then £125 per week paid weekly - 1 months notice required on departure. Would like some references even if character ref with proof of work.
