It’s a large open plan 2 double bedroom apartment on the 1st floor with a large south facing balcony in the living room facing the downs.

I’m 25, sociable, non smoker and also a shift worker! I’m looking at around £575 a month all bills included.

Ideally looking for a female that’s clean and tidy. I’m a shift worker so someone respectable!

I don’t have photos as I don’t move in till the 28th November so the pictures are of the show home of the same as an idea. It’s my first home so everything is brand new. The room will be furnished.
