Double Bedroom Haywards Heath

I live alone opposite the princess royal hospital, ideal for anyone working there. The train station is also a 20 minute walk. There is parking available outside.

My work involves me being deployed away for a week at a time so you will often have the house to yourself. I’m about to permanently relocate to Portsmouth but still need access to my house as a base for work, which means I will rarely be there (probably once a month or so), so you will benefit from a house to yourself for a lodgers price! I’d rather someone is there to enjoy the house than it sitting there empty gathering dust.

I would like a friendly and professional female, someone I can trust while I’m away to look after the house. Happy for whoever has the room to furnish it themselves if they would like to. Also happy for you to make the house your home (within reason, I am friendly and will be happy to discuss this!) as this will not be my primary home, but I will be keeping my bedroom.
