I am a single mum with a 12 yr old son looking to house share with a kind, trustworthy person male or female who likes the quiet life. We have a 6yr old guinea pig living with us in a beautiful 3 storey house with a garden in a quiet cul de sac in Haywards heath , walking distance from town center and about. 25 min walk from Haywards heath station. The top room is unfurnished but can be furnished with a bed if required. There are 2 bathrooms (no en-suite). I enjoy cooking, painting, playing board games with my son, and he loves biking, football, bouncing on his trampoline and gaming (unfortunately)
