Bright and spacious furnished double bedroom with parking space - not pets. Room furniture has only been used for a couple of years and includes bed frame with mattress and under bed storage, bedside tables, lamps, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

The house is a 2 bed end of terrace new build in the Penlands estate, just up from Sainsbury’s in Hayward’s Heath. The room comes with access to all communal areas, including lounge and good sized west facing garden.

Bills are included and covers broadband, gas, water and electricity. If working from home, rent will be adjusted to allow for this.

A bit about me, I’m a live in landlord, 33 and work in Hayward’s Heath in Marketing. I’m into my sports, I’m out most evenings playing something, and enjoy a drink or two, I’d like to say that I’m fairly chilled and easy going.

Ideally I’m looking for someone likeminded, also in their twenties/thirties, sociable, clean and tidy and up for a gin or two sometimes. No smokers, couples or pets im afraid. But doesn't mind a couple of cute furry friends as I'm in the process of adopting a couple of kittens.

Location wise the house is in the new Penlands estate, majority of houses are now built, however a few are due to be finished this summer. The house itself is set far enough away from the main road (Hanlye lane) that you don’t hear any traffic, but is also super easy to get anywhere, by car, foot or bike.

The house is right next to a large woodland area, with loads of lovely country walks to do from the front door, including walks to great local pubs too.
