Double room in 3 bed house

I have a double room to rent in my 3 bed Victorian house. The bedroom comes with a double bed, mattress and bedding and will have a chest of drawers and a mirror but the occupant is welcome to make changes if they want.
The kitchen, bathroom, lounge and dining room can be shared and the garden can also be used.
I am a 29 year old female who works locally and I do have a puppy cockapoo so you must get on well with dogs. I split my time between here and my boyfriends house so he will be here some times but other times I will be at his and therefore you have the house to yourself. All bills and internet included.
