The flat is in the South Downs estate, ideal for new starts, contractors or students of the local hospital.

There is street parking for cars available 5 mins walk or you can rent a paid parking space from an owner, motorcycles is free.

Utilities are included in price & you will have full access to the kitchen, bathroom & living room. The flat has fibre net & amazon prime tv in the living room. Gas heating & cooking.

There are enormous residents gardens, BBQ areas & outside rest areas.

The other occupant is myself, a 35 year old professional male. I enjoy swimming most days.

You will have access to yourself a storage & clothes hanging area, also a chest of drawers, pictured. On the main road 10 mins walk are several 2nd hand furnishing shops.
