Furnished sunny double bedroom, with share of kitchen, bathroom, lounge, dining room and sunny garden. Wifi and most mod cons available (no dishwasher). Please provide own bedding.

RENTAL
Long let and renewable rental agreement available to right personality. Mature person preferred - gender not relevant but tidiness in shared spaces applies. Owner is positive about environmental interests, recycling, resisting plastic use and sensible heating consumption (no other hang ups!).

To manage spiralling costs, rent & some bills separated from heating bills and all shared equally. If full week rental: assume council tax, water/sew, wifi are included. But gas & elec costs unable to predict currently (last year your share £57p/m). Please discuss.
