15 minutes walk to Princess Royal Hospital and town centre.

27 year old professional female working shift work (day, late, night, weekend shifts). Looking for a female who is clean and tidy and is respectful. Not suitable for a home worker.

Female occupant currently been here 2 years but is moving out to go back to university.
