This is within an owner occupied house which is a short walk from the station. Let furnished with a queen sized bed, wardrobe, dining table, chairs and two sofas. TV and TV stand. Can vary furniture to some extent. This lockable space offers the occupier a high degree of privacy.

We’re a couple age 60/61. One of our adult daughters (23) lives with us, the other 2 having moved out, hence the space. We have two small dogs.

Ideally, we'd prefer not to let to someone who works from home to any extent. Single occupancy only.
