This is within an owner occupied house which is a short walk from the station. Let furnished with a queen sized bed, wardrobe, dining table, chairs and two sofas. TV and TV stand. Can vary furniture to some extent. This lockable space offers the occupier a high degree of privacy.

We’re a couple age 59/60, who travel frequently so not always home. One of our adult daughters lives with us, whilst a second is occasionally at home during university holidays. We have two small dogs.

Ideally, we'd prefer not to let to someone who works from home to any extent. Space for parking a small car, if required.
