Beautiful, double room in family home

I am looking for a professional person to share our lovely home in a sought after and quiet location near to Haywards Heath train station. The town is only a 10 minute walk away and two large supermarkets within walking distance.
My children have flown the nest and it's just me and the other half and our two friendly cats. We both are currently retired/semi retired. We are pretty easy going and friendly and looking to welcome a similar person into our home.
The property is a large 4 bed detached house with plenty of space and a beautiful well kept large garden. Parking is available on road. Own bathroom but, very occasionally may need to share with son who visits (4 times a year).
Would suit a person, who is exceptionally clean/tidy and respectful of their surroundings.
Bedroom is fully furnished with bedding and towels included and has own TV with Sky mini box.
Looking for short term tenants please 1-6 months - longer may be considered.
