- Very spacious double room with french doors straight out into the garden.
- En suite shower, bath and sink. Separate WC located just outside bedroom door.
- The room has a double bed, large wardrobe, chest of drawers (not pictured), little kitchen stand with basic equipment such as a kettle, toaster and crockery and small fridge.
- Whilst not self-contained, the room is downstairs in an extended part of the house, so it is quite separate from other bedrooms.
- We are located (extremely!) close to Princess Royal Hospital in Haywards Heath, so ideal for medical/healthcare professionals.
- We have plenty of parking on the driveway.

About Us
- We are a married couple with a 3 year old daughter and 10 week old baby (so sometimes there is some noise, especially around bedtime at 7/8pm)
- We have 2 dogs - a large, but very chilled, greyhound and a small German Spitz (similar to a Pomeranian). So, dog lovers welcome!!
- We both regularly work from home so are around a fair bit in the week, and then generally have a lot of plans over the weekend. Rosie is also on maternity leave currently so around a lot of the time.
- We are friendly, sociable people but as a young family, this wouldn't be suitable for someone looking for a really sociable living situation.
- We keep the living room as a private family area.
- Occasionally when we go away on holiday or for the weekend, we have a house-sitter or family member staying to look after the dogs.
