Professional House Share

There is one comfortable double bedroom becoming available in a friendly house share from the middle of April. The room comes furnished with a double bed (with super comfy Emma mattress), chest of drawers, wardrobe, bedside table, mirror and desk.

The house is spacious with an open plan kitchen/diner, two living rooms and a recently landscaped back garden.

The bathroom will be shared by you and one other person.

All bills are included and amenities include washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, gas hob. There is free parking available on the road.

In terms of location, it is a short walk from Haywards Heath train station (15 mins or so), close to Princess Royal Hospital and about 10 minutes from the town centre.

I am the homeowner, in the process of moving out after living here and sharing my home with others for the past four and a half years. The other two people living here are friendly and laid back - enjoy socialising but also respect each other's need for space.

I am looking for someone who is easy-going, is respectful and considerate, and who helps keep the house a clean and comfortable place to live.
