Looking for a calm, responsible lodger to take this room, sharing the house with a senior citizen.

The room is a simple, double room with ensuite shower room and toilet, built in wardrobe and additional storage. The kitchen will be shared along with use of the washing machine and tumble dryer.

Council tax, electricity, water and broadband all included assuming considerate, reasonable use of utilities.

The room has a double bed that was left by previous lodger - it is not excellent. If you'd prefer to bring your own bed, the existing can be removed.

Walking distance to town centre, train station, park. On street parking (always a space outside).
