A bright, comfortable double room available in a welcoming family home in Haywards Heath.

Ideal for a professional working in the area during the week who’s looking for a quiet, relaxed place to unwind after work.

The house is usually empty on Mondays and Tuesdays, and on Wednesdays and Thursdays (and alternate Fridays) you'll be sharing with myself and my two teenagers, who are both very calm, quiet, friendly, and respectful. We have a miniature poodle who is also in the house on a Weds/Thurs only.

The room is fully furnished, with access to a modern kitchen, Wi-Fi, and all bills included. Off-street parking is available, and we are a 10 minute walk away from Haywards Heath station.

The house, including your room, is cleaned weekly by a professional cleaner.

You would be welcome to use the lounge (very rarely used by us); and you would also be welcome to have a dedicated desk in our home office for working from home days.

I am looking for someone who values a calm, tidy, and friendly home — this would suit someone commuting to London, Brighton, or working locally who wants a comfortable base during the week but heads home at weekends.
