I have a double room available in my flat near Haywards Heath station. The room is partially furnished, with a double bed frame and mattress, and a built in wardrobe.
The flat:
- high ceilings and quiet area
- large shared bathroom with bath/shower
- bright open plan kitchen/living room area
- top floor flat, which is two flights of stairs and no lift
- dedicated car parking space available
- kitchen has a fan oven, electric hob, washing machine, dishwasher and all the usual other bits!
- shed which is big enough to put a bike in
- 5 min walk to Haywards Heath station (with excellent links to London and Brighton)
- 10 min walk to Sainsbury's (and Waitrose is even closer)
Rent:
- £687.50 per month, but the landlord has requested 6 months upfront so this will be £4125
- bills not included, but on a monthly basis broadband is £12.50, electricity ~£50, water ~£35
- council tax is ~£87/month
- Landlord lives in the building, and all the rent payments are handled through Leaders letting agency
About me:
I am a full-time phd student, and I will occasionally work from home. I'm chatty and love to meet new people. I like cosy nights in and board games. Ideally, I would like to be friends with the person who moves in.
