We are offering a cosy smaller double bedroom in a well-kept 4-bedroom house. The room is currently being used as a toddler’s room and will undergo a full refurbishment in February.

The room will be freshly repainted, with new blinds fitted, and can be re-decorated in a colour of your choice if you register early interest. A single or double bed can be supplied depending on your preference. The room also benefits from a deep built-in wardrobe with shelves and a clothing rail, and a chest of drawers, TV and bedside table can be provided if required. Please refer to the floor plan.

The house is shared with a friendly, professional couple (two females) who live in the property. One of us works hybrid, so the home is generally calm, tidy and well organised. We are respectful of shared spaces and value a peaceful living environment.

You will have full access to the main living room with a large TV. We also use a separate living space, so privacy is well balanced for everyone. The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of cooking equipment, including air fryers, coffee machines and general kitchenware. There is also workout equipment available to use.

All bills are included in the rent (utilities, council tax, internet etc), and there is plenty of on-road parking available. We will be investing in a cleaner for shared spaces at no extra cost to you.

We are looking for a clean, considerate and respectful lodger who is comfortable living in a shared home and treats it as such. This would suit a working professional or student who values a relaxed and friendly household.

In-person viewings available from 1 February (due to family moving). Happy to arrange video viewings before this date. More photos and videos of the house can be provided on request.

We also are currently looking for a lodger to move into the bedroom 1. In total, the aim is to have 4 people in total living in the house.
