A 3 double bedroom semi-detached house in a quiet cul-de-sac. You’ll only be sharing with 1 other housemate.
The house is in a quiet and peaceful area with direct access to long woodland walks.
There is a dedicated parking space for your car and a bus stop just in front of the development for services to Crawley (via Haywards Heath train station), Lewes and Brighton.
The living room is spacious with a massive sofa that can accommodate sleepovers if you have guests over. There’s also a desk in this room which is ideal if you work from home.
The big kitchen has everything you would want and need including built-in washing machine and dishwasher.
The garden is huge, great for summer BBQ etc.
ROOM:
The bedroom is a good size, south facing so gets great light during the day and looks directly into the forest opposite. The room comes furnished with queen-size bed, side tables, six-drawer dresser and a large mirrored built-in wardrobe.
You will have a private bathroom as the other housemate has an en-suite.
There’s also a third bedroom which can be used to store excess things and has a tumble dryer.
HOUSEMATE:
Jamie, 23 year old guy working Mon-Fri in Burgess Hill. He leaves around 7am and returns after 5pm. Generally he keeps himself to himself but will be up for a pub trip of pub quiz and occasionally has friends over for a relaxed board games night.
RENT INCLUDES ALL Council tax, Utilities, Wifi, tv licence etc etc. no other charges.
