Huge double room to rent

We have a lovely new build house with a huge spare room to rent that has a lovely view of an open fields at the back of the house. The room is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk. The pictures don't do justice to the actual room size, it is huge, we therefore highly recommend you view the room to see for yourself. The house has 3 floors and my husband and I sleep on the top floor so we wont get under each others feet! ! In addition, there will be use of the washing machine as well as your own fridge freezer and a television in your room.

Just to add, I have ticked "No" on parking, but this is only in reference to garage or off street parking. There is room to park outside the front of the house

We do have a baby who is nearly 1. He sleeps through the night so shouldn't cause any disturbance.

We also have 3 cats and two dogs. Our dogs are friendly but on the large side, so would more suit people who like dogs!

We are very quiet and friendly people who work very hard and would like to share our home with someone similar
