Flat share with furnished large double room

The flat is spacious and located in the centre of Bolnore Village, 15 mins walk from Haywards Heath station. There are two large double bedrooms, a shared large bathroom with bath and separate shower. kitchen with dishwasher, washer drier and room for two to eat. Large lounge diner with dining table for 6. Ample parking on street outside. WiFi, large TV and stereo.

The room on offer has two large windows, has built in wardrobes and a small TV. There is ample parking in the shopping parade car park opposite.

There is a large village communal garden directly opposite the flat.

I have shared previously with male and females. No smokers please. I am well traveled and like to chat and socialise over a glass of wine or a beer and enjoy cooking. Whilst being sociable I will always respect the flat sharer's privacy when appropriate.

As for age, I'm still 40 at heart (much to the despair of my children) and like a good laugh. I still keep active through our local bootcamp having previously trained for my sport for over 30 years.
