The large open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen has a flat screen TV, broadband and several sofas. It has a vaulted ceiling with skylights and large windows which lets in a lot of natural light.

Southdowns Park is set within well-kept landscaped grounds with communal lawns. There is a residents gym (la stones throw from the front door), bicycle storage and a barbecue area. There is a nominated parking space.

House is situated close to main line station with direct links to Brighton and London as well as local shops. Non smokers with professional background preferred. The room is £800 including bills.

The owner will only occasionally be staying so you will largely have the house to yourself.
