Room in Detached House Quiet Location

Hi,

I have a double bedroom available. I am in a detached 4 bedroom house in a quiet part of Bolnore Village opposite the woods in Haywards Heath. 3 mins walk to local Co-op and 15 mins walk to town centre. I am a professional male that works abroad a lot and my own bedroom is on a separate floor than the one available. I also have a spare bedroom I keep back for my 9yr old daughter who stays over just two weekends a month, because of this I cannot accept male lodgers. You would have exclusive use of the main bathroom, as mine is separate. I have fibre optic wi-fi, and a fully fitted kitchen with washer/dryer, dishwasher & fridge-freezer. Outside there is parking and a garden. All bills are included.
