Smart, furnished double room

I have a 2 bed, ground floor flat in haywards Heath. It is very close to the bars, shops and station, but it is also lovely and quiet too. It is a smart double, furnished room. My current house mate is moving back home to the West Country so I am looking for a likeminded, laid back & friendly person to share.

I'm a teacher and looking for a professional person. Someone who is clean, tidy and respectful of my home is very important. I like to be active, will often be out and about. Whilst I like to eat healthy it is in balance and enjoy the odd night out but mostly like to chill with a glass of wine. Would prefer a female but would consider a very clean and tidy male.

It's £550 per month to cover costs, Sky & broadband included.
