En suite, nice large room, redecorated and new carpet 1yr. Double doors overlook a beautiful garden, usual furnishings, bed, desk, dressing table wardrobe, tea/coffee facilities, TV Bradband. Off the room is a shower room, off that is a self contained space with your fridge and microwave, for independant living. Share of the kitchen, use of washing machine. Shared dining room. Upstairs and downstairs toilet. The house is detached, the station is a ten minute walk, as is the leisure centre and Sainsbury store. Parking is on the road but not a problem. I have been renting for over 5yrs most persons staying a year. I am a tolerant person but will not tolerate heavy drinking or loud music. Sorry no nightshift workers. I have a small Bichon Frise lap dog, she does not shed, and is non allergenic, very friendly as am I hope to hear from you. Have problems with posting photo's.
